Features of the JUNG Transport trolleys JLB 60 H Professional
- Despite their high load-bearing capacity, the transport trolleys feature a compact and lightweight design.
- The newly developed steering unit with a reduced number of rollers allows for a space-saving construction while maintaining the same load capacity – made possible by state-of-the-art roller technology.
- The more compact design and reduced number of rollers result in a significant weight reduction.
- By halving the roller width and doubling the number of rollers, steering is noticeably improved and frictional forces during cornering are significantly reduced.
- The mechanical pendulum suspension of the cassettes or axles ensures uniform load distribution across the rollers and the floor surface – eliminating the need for a complex and failure-prone hydraulic leveling system.
- All transpot trolleys are delivered pre-assembled and are ready for immediate use.
- The steering unit is equipped with a ball-bearing turntable and a tow bar with an integrated towing eye.
JUNG transport trolleys are fitted with ball-bearing rollers for smooth and effortless movement. The rollers come standard with a low-wear tread.
