JDC Switch

• The concept consists of a supporting trolley and an exchange trolley.
• The supporting trolleys remain part of the tugger train, towed by a truck.
• All load carriers will be transported on the exchange trolley. The exchange trolleys can be slide on the supporting trolley from both sides. Then they will be locked and lifted automatically.
• To unlock kick the pedal down.
• While riding on the train, the exchange trolleys have no floor contact.
• Plug-in from both sides.
• Neither hydraulic nor electric devices, therefore easy to maintain and reliable.
• Directional stability.
• No deterioration of the exchange trolleys due to riding on the supporting trolleys.
• Load capacity up to 500 kg each exchange trolley.
• Suitable for different load carriers.
• Also two or three space carrier version possible.
• Compact construction.
• Turning radius smaller than 5 meters.
• Low noise level due to elastic polyurethane tires
